Living passionately at the intersection of People, Design, Brands and everything in between, Tunji wears many hats as a Designer, Strategist, Teacher, Mentor, among others. As a Partner at FourthCanvas where he leads Brand design efforts, he creates compelling brand systems for audacious and ambitious organisations. Over 8 years of professional experience, he has worked on or led design projects for Titan Trust Bank, Piggyvest, Youverify, Joy, Inc., RED | For Africa, The Green Investment Club, The Future Awards Africa, Lagos Business School, Doctall, all spread across various industries. Tunji consults for some tech startups as a Designer and Strategist and mentors/teaches designers at Orange Academy, ADPList, DearDesigner, among others. He spearheads initiatives via his brainchild, DearDesigner – a Nigeria-based Design initiative with a focus on providing quality content and resources for the Design Community in Africa. He thinks in systems — how a whole is a sum of its distinct, yet dependable, parts. Tunji loves cracking numbers in his spare time.

Doctall is a full-circle digital healthcare platform providing end-to-end medical care. As a new entrant in the healthtech space, Doctall needed to make a strong statement of what they stand for — care. The resulting brand visual system has humanised and directly influenced the brand expressions across marketing, brand, product collaterals. The brand has growing influence in the healthcare sector and has owned a unique and simple visual expressions across mediums.

Brand

Riding on the essence — ‘true to you’,  Youverify needed to appeal to their new B2C audience, having successfully serviced startups and organizations with Data verification and security. Creating a brand architecture system that could possibly extend to other product suites was also a challenge. The result was a modern, bold, and iconic identity and system that has led the startup in the new future of making identity and data security individualised.

Brand, Website, & Information

The Green Investment Club closed the year 2020 with a combined investment portfolio of $10m, 1500 members and a new visual identity that currently leads the club in an exponential-growth future of bridging the gap in financial literacy for young Nigerians and also helping them build wealth. The design of the 3-year report of the activities and achievements of the club was a key collateral as the club organised her first media parley for key stakeholders, members and the press.

Publication & Information

The annual State of the Market Report on digital financial services in Nigeria, in 2020, aimed to focus on focusing on product-market fit across three highly underserved and largely under-represented customer segments - rural dwellers, women and youth. The design of the document reflected the ‘rawness’ of this focus segment in the choice of colour and imagery used across the report.
